Recipe #1: Chickpeas with Tuna Patties

Ingredients
- 1/2 can of chickpeas
- 1/2 can of tuna in brine
- a handful of coriander
- a pinch of cumin seeds (if you don't like the taste of muruku, please skip this)
- 1 small onion
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 small chili (I used chili padi for the kick)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (I forgot to add this :( )
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
- Finely dice the coriander, garlic, onion and smash the cumin seeds
- Blend the chickpeas into a paste, mix well with tuna, lemon juice and the above finely diced ingredients
- Make it into patties
- Pan fried the patties and we are done!

Tuna is a lean protein with a good source of Omega 3, Selenium, Niacin and Vitamin B6 and B12
