Quick Lunch Recipe: Chicken Breast Meat Balls

Recipe #4: Chicken Breast Meatballs

1 serving

Ingredients
  • 200gm chicken breast
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce and sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
  • a pinch of salt & pepper
















Directions
  • slice chicken breast to thin slices and mince it
  • finely chopped the onion
  • add ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, shaoxing wine, salt & pepper to the chicken and onion, mix well
  • make it to patties and pan fried and we are done
