Ingredients
- 200gm chicken breast
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce and sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
- a pinch of salt & pepper
Directions
- slice chicken breast to thin slices and mince it
- finely chopped the onion
- add ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, shaoxing wine, salt & pepper to the chicken and onion, mix well
- make it to patties and pan fried and we are done
